We’re looking for a new Occupational Therapist to join our team!

Temporary Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week October 1, 2016 – December 23, 2017

Penticton-with some travel to our outlying communities. Use of personal vehicle maybe required.

Hours of Work:
Full Time Monday-Friday 8:30 – 4:30 with some flexibility in hours

Wage & Benefits:
In accordance with the HSA Agreement Paramedical Subsector

Who we are?

OSNS Child and Youth Development Centre is a vibrant, non-for-profit organization with a long history of providing clinical therapy and support services to children with a variety of developmental conditions in families' homes, in the community, or at our Centre. Our collaborative and integrated team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, early childhood educators, family support workers and psychologists. We work in family centred, child focused environment and enjoy close partnerships with other community agencies. We are continuously evolving to incorporate current best practices of intervention.
What we are looking for:

OSNS is seeking an occupational therapist, with experience in pediatrics, who is engaging and energetic. Children are busy and fast paced – so are we. This role will give you the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and will require that you represent our Centre’s vision and values with spirit and professionalism. Every week of work will be different and you will navigate your way with enthusiasm, problem-solving skills and humour. Flexibility, curiosity, creativity, and multi-tasking are key given the ever-evolving nature of our work in pediatrics.

• Ability to provide professional references 

• Member in good standing with the CAOT
• Experience working in a pediatric setting 

• Ability to provide a Criminal Record Check
