Presenters: Roanne Thomas and Tricia Morrison
Description: This webinar provides an overview of the presenters' research findings (primary qualitative) pertaining to cancer survivors' (1) arm morbidity (e.g., pain, restricted range of motion, lymphedema) and (2) work integration issues. These findings point to important gaps in current survivorship support services that may be ideally addressed by occupational therapists' holistic scope of practice. Emerging roles for occupational therapists in addressing the needs of cancer survivors will be discussed.
