Description: Power mobility is a critical means of enabling occupation among individuals who have difficulty propelling manual wheelchairs. Unfortunately, relatively few users receive formal training and standardized measures are only infrequently used to capture the outcomes associated with wheel-chair related interventions. A synopsis of the presenters’ research on power mobility assessment, training and outcome measurement will be provided. This webinar will also provide an overview of important considerations during the power mobility assessment process, describe the importance and efficacy of power mobility training, and review three standardized measures that therapists could integrate into their practice.

This purchase is for the May 12, 2015 Lunch & Learn webinar presentation web link archive. The archive purchase will be in the format of a web-based link that will be emailed to you separately in the following business days.
