Your Role and Responsibility:
The senior OT is a full-time staff reporting to Therapy Director and who will work closely with clients. In this role, you need to:
assess and treat infants, children, teenagers, and adults with developmental, congenital, and intramuscular disorders as well as those recovering from injury or illness;
maintain treatment records, progress reports, and discharge reports of clients in an appropriate, timely and effective manner;
regularly review progress and adjust treatment plans according to level of progress and parent goals;
provide training and support as an integral part of the therapy programmer, working with family members to recognize and change neurotic, physical, sensory processing and/or behavior patterns that impede progress.
Master’s Degree (or equivalent programme) in occupational therapy from accredited university or college
8 or more years of post-qualification work experience.
A minimum of 6 years working in a pediatric or adult setting
License and/or certificate showing ability to work as an occupational therapist
Working experience with MDT team
Good spoken and written English, bilingual is preferred.
