CBI Prince George is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team for a 6 month locum (March 1, 2017 to September 1, 2017). We’re looking for a therapist that ideally has 3+ years of experience in the provision of community occupational therapy (disability management, home and jobsite assessments, return to work planning, hospital discharge, etc.)
In addition to a competitive compensation package, this position also offers up to a $3,000 temporary relocation bonus for candidates applying from outside the region.
Hold a current valid license to practice in BC (or eligible for registration)
Eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists - British Columbia (CAOT - BC)
Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Minimum 3 years working in a community health setting
Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate team leadership
Effective organization, time management, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; report writing is essential
Valid BC driver’s license (travel may be involved)
