Participants will have the opportunity to explore their personal values and beliefs in order to set leadership goals. These topics are applicable to any occupational therapy practitioner, regardless of expertise, background, or years of experience. This presentation is aimed toward a new population of emerging leaders, and requires little to no educational knowledge of leadership.
