EWI Works International Inc. needs an ergonomist in Edmonton! Since 1991, we have provided ergonomic consulting and training services for both office and industrial clients.

  • Undergraduate degree in Rehab Medicine (Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy) OR Kinesiology (specializing in Ergonomics).
  • Meets the majority of educational requirements to obtain Associate Ergonomist status.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills (must have an intermediate level of computer literacy).
  • Solid understanding and application of ergonomic assessment tools

Works well independently AND within a multidisciplinary team

  • Comfortable using technology
  • Good time and project management skills.


  • Designing and delivering customized training and education
  • Office and Industrial ergonomic assessments (individual and group)
  • Conducting job demands analyses tied to ergonomic program activities
  • Participating in proposal writing and project planning
  • Developing long-term client relationships
  • Developing and delivering workshops, seminars, and technical support materials
  • Assisting on research projects
