We are looking for clinicians that are curious and interested in continuous improvement. Learn more about What We Do, What We Stand For, and why you should Join Us.
Our Why?
In a true partnership between clinicians and management, we are guided by a shared vision to empower our clients to function more fully in the settings that matter to them, fulfill important life roles, and return to a variety of meaningful activities including work and community life.
What’s our ‘Secret Sauce’?
Private practice requires the right combination of support, resources, and opportunities for clinicians to grow and remain engaged in their work. We believe we have found the right balance between clinician autonomy, practice support and guidance. As a local OT-owned practice, we are focused on long-term outcomes that will benefit all stakeholders.
We are looking for an OT to join our Driver Rehabilitation Program and Community OT Return to Function and Return to Work programs. This is a part-time to full-time clinic and community-based contract position. You will be working with a diverse group of funders to assist clients with a range of limitations arising from concussion/brain injury, CVA, anxiety/PTSD, and a range of physical issues. The OT role in the Driver Rehab program includes Functional Driving Evaluations, Vehicle Modification Evaluations, and the development of Driver Rehabilitation programs as well as liaising with the client’s healthcare team, vehicle modification vendors, and payer representatives. This position will be combined with a community-based rehabilitation caseload in order to serve our funders in the region. Health populations and the resultant case mix will be customized based on candidate interest and experience. You will use your exceptional communication, clinical and organizational skills to deliver outcomes that change people’s lives by helping them function more fully in the settings that matter to them, fulfill important life roles, and return to the activities that give them purpose.
