The Evergreen Rehabilitation Team is seeking an exceptional OT to provide private, community-based OT services in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Evergreen Rehab Services will help maximize your clinical skills from previous work experience and education, while providing training, mentorship and opportunities for personal growth and optimal professional development. The rehab division offers community OT services to private, and a diverse range of third party insured clients. We welcome candidates with experience in providing community-based services to join our exceptional and fun team!

POSITION AVAILABLE:

• Contractor Occupational Therapist
• Full-Time / Part-time (3, 4 or 5 days/week options)
• Vancouver & the Lower Mainland
• Number of Positions Available: 1
• Start date: Flexible (Ideal May 2024)

We are looking for an OT who is/has:

• Proactive, accountable and organized
• Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Strong report writing skills
• Experienced or has a strong interest in return to work, mental health and concussion recovery
• Personable
• Full-time COTBC registrant
• Up to date professional liability insurance
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Experience in community private practice within or outside of BC is an asset
