The Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists will grant Life Membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists in accordance with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists By-Laws.

Helene Polatajko

Helene Polatajko is recognized for her outstanding leadership in the field of occupational therapy in Canada. Her contributions are numerous, including the development of the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) with her colleagues, co-authoring Enabling Occupation II, and Editor in Chief of CJOT. She has been a tireless volunteer with CAOT throughout her career.

Juliette Cooper

Juliette Cooper is recognized for her outstanding contributions to the profession through her research and leadership both provincially in Manitoba and nationally with CAOT. Her dedication to the profession of occupational therapy is impressive. She is recognized as an exceptional scholar, educator, administrator, community member, and collaborator.
