Product Recognition Program

CAOT’s Product Recognition Program (PRP) benefits both members and consumers. CAOT members conduct a comprehensive professional review of submitted products, publish a consumer report and award a CAOT Seal of Recognition to applicant organizations that meet PRP’s rigorous criteria. The Seal can then be used in product advertising, to help occupational therapists and consumers make informed choices.

Your membership helps provide annual funding to the Canadian Occupational Therapy Foundation (COTF) for developing occupational therapy research opportunities. Five dollars from each paid CAOT membership goes to COTF along with a dollar-for-dollar matching of COTF fundraising amounts up to $125,000 annually. Members can also donate directly to COTF through a convenient box right on your annual CAOT membership renewal form. You’re encouraged to subscribe to COTF Monthly to follow Foundation news. |
