CAOT-BC Occupation in Practice Network Meeting - (free for members, $20 + tax for others)

Occupation is at the core of our profession, but is it at the core of our practice? How do you apply your occupational perspective in practice, communicate it and make it visible to your clients, team, and the broader community? Join the Occupation in Practice Network to discuss understandings of occupation, the benefits and challenges of occupation-centred practice, and share strategies around how to bring occupation more into focus in your work. In a nut-shell: occupation is cool, so come and talk about it!

Focus of Meeting: Meeting participants will have the opportunity to brainstorm and develop a “5 Tips for Bringing Occupation into Your Practice” tip sheet to be shared on the CAOT-BC blog and newsletter. The meeting will also include time to set a plan for future meetings, including possible guest speakers, OT interviews and more.
