Description: Occupational therapists have a vital role in the model of team-based care that is central to the BC government's new primary care strategy. Occupational therapists with an interest in primary care service delivery are invited to the join the CAOT-BC Primary Care Community of Practice.

This session will focus on a case study review and clinical resource sharing.
